I'm looking for a web based invoicing app that is made for EU-based businesses (should be able to handle VAT for example). Does anyone know any?

I like http://bit.ly/kashflow which does nice invoices and payment tracking as part of being a really nice online accounting package (tho I'm in the UK, bit it should be ok for EU use)
