Notifications and Twitter autolink [HE Progress]
Hi HE, as you might have realised, a new button joined the family in the header bar.
You will now receive notifications if someone replied to your posts or comments.
Also, as requested here http://hackful.com/posts/288 twitter names are autolinked now.
Example: Follow me on twitter @8bitpal (Yeah... autolinking for links is coming tomorrow)

Nice to see those updates, keep them coming! But the notifications have no links to the comments/posts they were posted too, those should be added.

Why the hyperlinks are not autolinked in older threads? you can look to older threads which opened before this thread, link are only texts.
They used to be autolinked, but I switched to RDiscount. But I pushed and will deploy the fix later.
